4. Order Processing & Delivery
Service Area: We currently serve select locations. Please check availability for your PIN code before ordering.
Delivery Time: Orders are usually fulfilled within the delivery slot chosen during checkout.
Delays: Delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, unforeseen issues) may occur. We’ll keep you informed if there are significant delays.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Non-Delivery Refunds: If your order is not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund, processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
No Returns After Delivery: Due to the perishable nature of groceries, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is delivered, unless:
The item is damaged, expired, or incorrect
Items are missing from the order
