1. Refunds for Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered or marked delivered but not received, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time.

  • Verified refund requests will be processed within 24 hours.


2. No Returns or Refunds After Successful Delivery

Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been successfully delivered.

This includes:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Items no longer needed

  • Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery (unless damaged or incorrect)

We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain hygiene and safety standards.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If any item in your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Missing

  • Incorrect

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with details and, if possible, a photo of the item(s). We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
